Disclaimer: The Enamel Mug is susceptible to staining when used with certain beverages, including coffee, tea, and natural juices. That’s a normal characteristic of enamel products and not specific to our mug alone. Due to the enamel’s rough and porous surface texture, particles from these drinks may easily adhere to the mug, resulting in stains over time. Stains can be effectively removed by applying lemon juice or soda to the affected area and gently scrubbing with a hard sponge.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

At Mohicans Treehouse Resort, we take pride in the quality of our products. While we cannot accept returns or offer refunds because each item is made to order, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged goods.
Damaged Items
In the event you receive a damaged item, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at shop@themohicans.net with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and photographic evidence attached.
Upon approval of your claim, we will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost. On receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Please note that claims for damaged items will not be processed if received later than 7 days from delivery.
Non-Refundable
Please understand that due each item being made to order all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, including for reasons such as change of mind, color variance, or sizing issues. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before making a purchase.
Important Considerations
Remember to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
